About Heidi

 Hi, I'm Heidi!  I love being able to capture life’s beautiful moments!
I have been doing photography for 12 years now and can’t get enough of it!  I studied Photography in college and have a Bachelor of Art with a emphasis in Photography. I have gained a sensitivity to light that has opened my eyes to the world around me.  I am absolutely fascinated by the way light falls on things and the camera has allowed me to capture this beauty in small moments happening around us every day.  People also create wonderful moments and I love getting to capture the way a young couple look at each other, a newborn's response to their mother, family members cracking each other up... It brings me so much happiness and joy to see human interaction and the way people just light up around each other. 
I take a variety of traditional photos as well as candid moments.  I also like to take photos set back a few decades with clothing, backdrops, accessories because I'm pretty sure I was supposed to be born in the 1940's. I love anything vintage!  I have all sorts of ideas but if you have some too, I'd love to hear them and work with you.
